Returns and Exchange Policy  

Before considering a return, please appreciate the unique craftsmanship of each Abaran product. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans, may feature slight variations, particularly in the stones. Every piece is thoroughly checked for quality before shipping.


We ONLY accept returns and exchanges if your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item. Should this occur, please inform us via mail to customercare@abaran.in within 24 hours and return the product in its original condition and Original invoice (unworn, with original packaging)

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED IN THESE CASES:

*Verified quality defects.
*Packages lost in transit (Non-delivery must be reported within 15 days of ordering).
*Incorrect item shipped by Abaran Timeless Jewellery

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

*Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
*Incorrect address format, including PO Box addresses.
*After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner
*Package refused by the recipient.
*Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing
*Products returned in used or damaged condition.
*Minor color and design variations due to the handmade nature and natural stones.
*Jewelry that is not faulty or damaged.
*Failure to inform us within 24 hours of delivery
*Made to Order items, as they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

-Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing customercare@abaran.in along with the image of the damaged or incorrect product. The Abaran quality control team will determine if the product qualifies for return.

-Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged or defective. No exchanges are allowed for other reasons.

-After we receive your email and our Quality Control team approves the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.

-Abaran will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

-Refunds will be processed once we receive the shipment in its along with original receipt.

Please note: We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 24 hours  of product delivery

The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

In case, any freebies were received during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the freebies as applicable (unless freebies are returned).

This refund facility is not available at any of our stores and it is exclusively available for purchase made at www.abarantimelessjewellery.com.

Cancellation Policy   

Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of confirmation of order. Cancellation charges of 10% shall be applicable on every cancelled order. Any cancellation requests received post 24 hours, shall not be cancelled. Cancellation of gold coins/ silver coins, frames, customized jewellery, gift vouchers and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the payment. 

NOTE: In case the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest
