24 Hour Refund/ Returns Policy
If you don’t like the jewellery purchased from us you can send it back within 1 day from the date of delivery.
Please note - We do not offer cash refunds, all sales are final. A credit note/gift card with the refund amount will be issued which can further be redeemed on the website.
The 1 day refund policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like the adrashtabarana gold scheme, gold coins, gift vouchers, loose solitaires, diamonds and custom jewellery.
The below mentioned process needs to be follow while returning the product:
Refund requests can be done by informing our customer care team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (Toll Free: 1 800 425 1935). We will thereby collect the product from the provided shipping address and initiate the refund process immediately. The return shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
The product should be accompanied with the original/Copy of Invoice for the refund to be initiated within 5-10 working days. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
During the quality check of the product by our quality check team, any product which shows signs of wear and tear, or have been resized, altered, damaged cannot be accepted under the 1 day refund policy.
All Refunds shall be done by the way of a credit note/gift card worth the total value of the sale amount within the 10 days of receipt of the product.
In cases of refunds under 1 day return, refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.
The money back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
In case, any freebies were received during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the freebies as applicable (unless freebies are returned).
Part payments received against customized jewellery are not refunded.
This refund facility is not available at any of our stores and it is exclusively available for purchase made at www.abarantimelessjewellery.com.
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of confirmation of order. Cancellation charges of 10% shall be applicable on every cancelled order. Any cancellation requests received post 24 hours, shall not be cancelled. Cancellation of gold coins/bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift vouchers and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the payment.
NOTE: In case the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest
